Service writer Kim was pleasant and professional but it ends there. Couldn’t find my appointment so it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I made a new appointment and came back. I bought a used car with a warranty. When I went to use the warranty I was told it was canceled by the dealer. We never requested the warranty to be canceled.
