I did contact you Sara…around the time I purchased the vehicle and we played phone tag for a week then you never returned my call so I gave up…turns out that Wasn’t the only issue… Apparently the car was never smog checked and therefore my registration plus my pink slip had never been finalized until just recently when I, at my own inconvenience, took the car back for you guys for you to go ahead and take it to the smog check place… and I brought up my grievances again at that time only to be told that the person who had been responsible for part of this issue— namely the over charging for the car plus the possibly illegal way she kept me from buying cooling off insurance was no longer with the company as if that would’ve been enough to satisfy my dissatisfaction. As it turned out, I would have availed myself of the policy as I never test drove the car And the first time me driving it was when I was driving it after buying it and it was already mine… The engine mounts needed to be replaced it felt very unsafe to drive the axles seem to be problematic and possibly will break in due course +2 of the tires are flat or have slow leaks and none of the tires have any remaining tread and that’s how it was sold to me. I think that’s unsafe
