I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership, and my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, they refused to honor my pre-approval letter from my credit union and instead insisted and my experience has been far from satisfactory. This felt like a push towards unnecessary higher costs. The salesman, Mike Cota, was overly aggressive in pushing add-ons, making the whole process uncomfortable. He kept pretending to be friendly, but it was clear he was more interested in upselling me than in helping me close out my deal for the truck. After completing the purchase, I was assured that my copies of the paperwork would be sent to my email. It's been weeks, and I haven't received a single document. I've reached out twice and still haven't received any response. To make matters worse, I'm now paying for tire coverage that I didn't want and don't even have details on what it covers. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I feel misled and unsupported. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest car-buying experience. Update 7/5/24 I recently contacted this dealership as per their suggestion in a reply to my initial review. I received a call from Gloria Medina, the finance manager. Although she didn’t use any explicit language, her tone throughout the conversation was incredibly disrespectful. She accused me of lying about not receiving the paperwork for my agreement and insisted that I had already received it. To make matters worse, she offered to send me a copy of my agreement only if I agreed to remove my 1-star review. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. Accusing customers of dishonesty and using leverage to manipulate reviews is highly unprofessional. I stand by my initial review and hope this dealership addresses their customer service issues immediately. More
Had an appointment but vehicle sat for 1 hour and 30 minutes until I confronted the manager. Wow, Manny and his team were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. The turn around was also fantastic and they did not charge me for a major part of the service they rendered.
