Although we had expressed an interest in a specific used car, James was very happy to walk the lot with us to check out other vehicles. When we decided on the car, Jeff was very diligent in working on our behalf to get a good price and acceptable trade in value. Was happy with the interest rate we received on our loan. Had a bit of a wait to see the finance mgr, but, that is to be expected on a Saturday. Finance mgr, Joe Nowakowski, explained all documents very thoroughly, but, did not draw out the process unnecessarily. Buying a car was as fun as it should be when I worked with Eryk Buczynski at this VW dealership. I was a couple weeks into my car search and had decided to open up all my options, and never thought that with Eryk Buczynski at this VW dealership. I came in thinking I wanted to drive a Passat, so Eryk asked me things I wanted in a car, my price, and found me the perfect car to drive, and in my favorite color, white. He had to go through the whole lot, but he did it. I was glad he didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford or push me too much, he made sure the car was what I wanted, took me on a great test drive, and showed me every single function, including the extras that are hard to find/understand in the book. Eryk was super patient as I consulted with my folks for opinions, and fun to talk to while we waited on the numbers. I felt calm the whole time, and am still excited a month later about my car (which Eryk makes sure because he checks in with me and answers questions) and the great experience I had with Eryk...go see him if you want a patient, respectful, fun guy to make sure you get the car you not just want but need. We bought our 1st VW (Tiguan 2009)at this dealership. We love the Tiguan, and was having second thoughts of trading it. Robert was very knowledgeable about the different models and features of all the vehicles we looked at, He did not get pushy at any point and made sur we knew all our options.
