Welcoming dealership I was looking for a new, manual transmission Jetta SE. I had been corresponding with Frank Campos via email. I saw a good sale price online, so I call I was looking for a new, manual transmission Jetta SE. I had been corresponding with Frank Campos via email. I saw a good sale price online, so I called to check availability of the car and the price. I spoke with Brett, and he was very helpful and informative. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Bojan and Eryk. They were both very friendly and personable. They explained everything very well and made sure all of my questions were answered. Most people don’t enjoy the new car buying experience, but Bojan and Eryk made it much less painful. I received a fair price, and they made sure I had everything I needed. Wes the finance person did his best to get me into my new car as quickly as possible. Everyone was very professional and kind. I don’t live in Mt. Prospect and hadn’t planned on servicing my car there, but based on my good buying experience with them, I will drive the extra few miles to get my car serviced there. They were a really nice group of people. More

Came in because the check coolant light came on.They found that I had a leak in the radiator and all so found some other issues that need to be servi Came in because the check coolant light came on.They found that I had a leak in the radiator and all so found some other issues that need to be serviced. While I was there I was also able to get an oil change and get my car washed. This was great because I have a limited amount of time to get things done and they were able to get me squeezed in with out an appointment. More
