After the paperwork was complete and the car was mine, he again took the time to make sure everything was set in the auto to my needs - the seat position, mirrors, the radio to my favorite stations and the GPS to my home. He followed up with a call 2 days later and reassured me that I could call him if I had any problems. Michael Audino was also very nice and helpful explaining my payment and warranty options. He also assured me that I could call him if I had any questions. I left with a beautiful new car and a pleasant experience. More

I have a 2004 Passet and have had it serviced at the Autobarn. Their price at purchase was great and the only other VW dealership in the area was so much higher it was out of my price range. There entire service department is excellent, however most of my contact has been with John Paul who has been a constant source of not just servicing, but also provides technical understanding of the behavior of my vehicle. They also provide a nice waiting area including quality coffee! and a "decent" wireless environment (I am a computer scientist my an standards for internet access are quite high -- their wireless is the best I know of in the area). If I were in the market for a new vehicle I would only go to the Autobarn in M.P. Regardless I will take any vehicle I have to them for service. -M. Minkoff More

Robbie did a spectacular job helping me learn about, and buy, my car. He answered every question I had and listened to all of my concerns. The big thing for me was that he actaully listened to me. I originally went to the Autobarn because of the inventory of VW's they carried on the lot. I live 80 miles away and have other dealerships in my area but no one carried this much selection of inventory. I was just going to purchase a vehicle and then get it serviced closer to home. Because of that initial experience at the Auotbarn, I still continue to get all my service work done with them. The service department is second to none. I usually deal with xx for service, and he as a class act. Very professional, caring and understanding. I will always continue to be a customer of the Auotbarn of Mount Prospect.
