I am extremely frustrated. I have called twice and e-mailed Robbie, and we have not gotten any communication. This is after promising us he was available 24/7 and even to text him if we had problems. e-mailed Robbie, and we have not gotten any communication. We took our car in for 5 different things (left speakers not working, strange shifting problems, aux jack not working, etc), and it took over TWO WEEKS to get our car back, because of the new parts they needed to order. For a car that was supposed to have just gone through a 100+ point inspection, I find this ridiculous. Adding insult to injury, my attempts to contact have went unanswered. It has been over 3 weeks since my last call or e-mail. I feel like Robbie was a typical car salesman in this regard...being extremely friendly (I believed him as my below review shows), but then falling off the map, and falling through on his promises. I really feel I should be compensated somehow for all of this. It is ridiculous for the largest chain of dealerships in the area. ***This was my original reply, writing it the day of purchase***Robbie was a great person to work with. We actually came to this location after having a bad experience with another salesman at a different location. He was an upfront communicator and put things on the table fairly clearly for us. I would recommend him if you are looking to buy a car. More

I needed a repair on my 2007 jetta and I called a couple of other dealerships that I have connections with but they wanted like $500-$700 for a passenger side mirror!! I decided to call John Paul at The Autobarn in Mt. Prospect and he set me straight!! When I got there on the day of my appointment Wojciech greeted me with a Good Morning and a great smile. He looked over my car and asked "how may I be of service to you today?" I told him that I spoke with John and made the appointment for my side mirror repair. Wojciech showed me into the desk area and began to find my appointment. He was efficient and friendly. He directed me to the guest lounge area and explained all the amenities they had and that I was welcome to anything I wanted. I got my car back about an hour and a half later just like he said he would. I'll be taking my car to The Autobarn in Mt. Prospect a lot more often now. More
