This dealership is a joke there isn't enough characters to voice my displeasure with this place. I love my VW Passat but this dealership is a joke. They nickle and dime you to death. Don't walk run away to voice my displeasure with this place. I love my VW Passat but this dealership is a joke. They nickle and dime you to death. Don't walk run away from this place. I had them replace my engine for $12,300 and then they "FORGOT" to put NEW fuel injectors in. I took it back they put new ones in as I did pay for them and then who knows what they did I took it back and there was a pinched hose, then they replaced a throttle body for $1,300 still having the EXACT SAME ISSUE and now they told me I needed a new engine harness for $1,800. I asked when is enough enough. Oh they did offer to knock $300 off. Go out to Pugi in Downers Grove it's worth the drive. More

Took car in due to check engine light going on, was told they had to order a part but safe to drive until it arrives. Car was not safe and they never ordered the parts. The worst service department ever! . I have had nothing but problems getting my VW Touareg serviced by this dealership. Oil dripping on my garage floor after oil changes. Failed to rese . I have had nothing but problems getting my VW Touareg serviced by this dealership. Oil dripping on my garage floor after oil changes. Failed to reset service required light. Didn’t put a next service reminder sticker in the windshield. They broke a splash guard when removing it for an oil change which cost me $250 to replace. The service manager won’t even talk to me about it after multiple promises from the service writers that he would call me. Take your VW to Autobarn in Countryside instead. More
