It was easy to make an appointment. I was greeted and serviced as soon as I arrived. My service advisor Avaldo explained every thing that was offered for my vehicle and why. Again I find myself doubting why I went to Orland Park VW for this very important issue when my dealer of choice is Hawk VW in Joliet. 1 yr ago this month my heater was shot at -30 below zero - 34k miles- It for this very important issue when my dealer of choice is Hawk VW in Joliet. 1 yr ago this month my heater was shot at -30 below zero - 34k miles- It was repaired and this month (-10 below 0 - 46k miles actively) 1yr to the week - I have little heat on the passenger side & told I am responsible for the repair. I still have factory warranty and have Extended warranty. How is this possible ! On another note: I requested a drop off and had to wait because the car porter said there was possibly not enough gas in the car for the ride because the new car porter took the only gas card. Speechless. Not to mention that when I went to pickup my truck, I was told - Do you see your truck? It should be right outside. Single digits outside I find myself walking around and finally found it behind their bldg. thanks to Kelly who immediately took my keys and helped me find it. This never happened at Joliet VW. My truck would be washed and ready for me in the front. This is the 2nd time they have put me thru this and I am seriously disappointed because I chose Orland Park VW because it is a 5 min drive from my office but I will be making the drive to Joliet for any future issues. So I am debating bringing up this issue to the Federal Trades Commission after further researching this repair and the rules & regs of the Warranties. More
