Busy Day in Service It was an usually busy day in service because of the weather/ snow. He explained to me that had been backed up and that the wait was and hour or possible hour and a half. Which was fine, but actually he was able to get me out in about an hour and half which was great. More

got needed work done. Wish someone would have told me my car was ready. I was told my car was going into the wash and would be done in about 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later I went down to the cashier who said my car was ready. I don't know how long it was ready but it was outside with another car blocking it. Had to wait for guy to get keys to move the other car. My car wasn't washed but I wasn't going to wait again. No big deal but I felt like someone forgot about me. More
