Buyer Beware!! I made the mistake of leasing a 2019 VW Tiguan in July of 2019. The vehicle has been leaking water for the past year. (There is a class action suit regarding the leaky Tiguan sunroof) I wa Tiguan in July of 2019. The vehicle has been leaking water for the past year. (There is a class action suit regarding the leaky Tiguan sunroof) I was told back in May of 2020 by Ed Skybinski that the vehicle would likely be eligible for a buyback since they were unable to repair the vehicle. Here we are mid September 2020, and I still don’t have a permanent vehicle. I have been driving loaners and rentals since April while making payments on a vehicle that is not in my possession. While it is clearly apparent that they have not been successful repairing my vehicle, it still has not been replaced. Over the last several months, I have been given the run around from both VW of America and VW of Orland Park. Deadlines have been broken time and time again. I have been promised a resolution date for the buyback several times by the corporation and told more times than I can count that my vehicle has been repaired and will be ready for pick up to no avail. If you have problems with your vehicle, this dealership will not support you. The customer service is nonexistent. I will never purchase another Volkswagen vehicle ! Ugh!! More
Always been a VW loyalist, and I’ve dealt with many dealerships through the 90’s-2000’s. I have to say that professionalism and level of product knowledge of Tim Sulo are unmatched. The physical location was nice and we were able to easily set up an appointment to test drive a car. However, the finances were poorly explained to us and they were not willing to show us a break down for ho set up an appointment to test drive a car. However, the finances were poorly explained to us and they were not willing to show us a break down for hours. The cost of the car they initially priced out included numerous optional add-ons rather than actually talking to us about what we wanted. They also force you to buy a $1,000 three year theft system and don't advertise this. Overall, I was frustrated by my experience at this dealership and I would not go back. If they hadn't had the car I really wanted I would not have purchased from them. More

Fairly quick process... Arrived at 7, out by 9pm with a trade-in, purchase of used vehicle, and cash deal.
