This was my first car purchase, and I was absolutely dreading going to a dealer. However, VW of Orland Park provided the best car buying experience I could have hoped for. Everyone was great, from the salesman, Drew, to the finance guy, Sebastian. They were extremely friendly and very low-pressure. In fact, the whole atmosphere at the dealership seemed very relaxed. They worked with me to get the exact car I wanted for the price I could afford. I visited a couple of dealerships before this one, and I am so glad I did not end up buying from another dealer! I took my car in for an oil change and they did something to trigger my engine light, then they told me I needed a thermostat and it cost me $1100 and the light came on again, only for me to learn that it wa to trigger my engine light, then they told me I needed a thermostat and it cost me $1100 and the light came on again, only for me to learn that it was never the thermostat which I told them to give me the old one when they replaced the new one and they said they forgot and threw it out, they are not to be trusted, scam artists at best, do not take your car here or you'll be sorry, Ed and Sean are shysters, More
