I arrived at 4:25 pm for an oil change. Caesar told me they may not be able to service the car because I didn’t have an appointment. We have a 2001 Passat, very low mileage and it runs well. We took it in for an oil change and also inquired about an oil leak. We were quoted almost $3000 with no guarantee that they would even be able to find the leak. The service representative asked us what we wanted to do with the car. (Keep it and maintain it, of course!) When we asked to have the car washed, which is usually a courtesy given with an oil change, we were told it would take 40 minutes. To add insult to injury, forty minutes later when the car was released to us it was still dirty. More
