No more VW. Warranty service on a Jetta with less than 50,000 miles because the engine had metal in one of the cylinders. 49,500 (approx.) The car was brought in Warranty service on a Jetta with less than 50,000 miles because the engine had metal in one of the cylinders. 49,500 (approx.) The car was brought in for 50K service. One week later and my engine was shot. Replaced sensors and sent me on my way just to have to turn around an hour later and come back. Asking what the problem was they couldn't answer because they " got rid of the old engine" and replaced it with an engine that they sold on their website marked for a Passat. Customer support was no help as all they wanted from the dealer was diagnostics (not that VW would ever falsify that!!) no matter what it reads we know the car doesn't run right, sound right, or drive right!! More

Do not buy and extended warranty from Volkswagen Had an extended warranty from Volkswagen for 90K miles. I needed a new engine according to service department - until they found out I had extended w Had an extended warranty from Volkswagen for 90K miles. I needed a new engine according to service department - until they found out I had extended warranty. Warranty company would only pay for top half of engine replacement. 2 weeks later the car started on fire and completely destroyed. Warranty company never paid!!!!! More

I really liked the VW and Edwin Bilo did a great job with explaining everything to me about VW. I actually looked at other dealers for VW and I could have bought a way cheaper car for lower miles but I chose to give me business to Edwin because he did such a good job. Very comfortable to work with and he will try to give you the best deal possible. More
