Very friendly,informative,efficient service department. I had my car serviced for an oil change I had some questions regarding snow tires and batteries which were answered to my satisfaction by the service I had my car serviced for an oil change I had some questions regarding snow tires and batteries which were answered to my satisfaction by the service advisor Brad. The oil change was done quickly and they gave my car a free hand car wash which was a nice unexpected extra. This was my first time coming to this service center and I came away impressed. More

New car, first time service This was our first time getting a oil change because we have a new car. Brad took the time to explain all of this to me which helped me understand the maintenance needed for our Atlas. Definitely a five star for Brad. On another note...i am disappointed that your waiting did not give off a warm feeling. Glad there was water, coffee, etc, but was hoping there would be Bavarian pretzels or German chocolates to snack on. More

Would recommend and was much more affordable than hawk ve of joliet. Hawks best price was twice as expensive as the deal i got. More
