They sold me the 2024 Atlas R-Line car quickly, but sold me a car without a signal. 3 months later, no solutions or suggestions, just the run around. Couldn't find out the signal didn't work until after I me a car without a signal. 3 months later, no solutions or suggestions, just the run around. Couldn't find out the signal didn't work until after I signed and contacted VW IT. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, they sold me a malfunctioning vehicle. More

Avoid this dealer at all costs. I bought a car from here previously so I decided to go back. They don’t keep their word. I negotiated a price on a used car with the Manager, Matt an I bought a car from here previously so I decided to go back. They don’t keep their word. I negotiated a price on a used car with the Manager, Matt and scheduled an appointment for the purchase. Before my appointment, they sold the car to someone else. This car was on the lot for 4 months and they sold it out from under us in 24 hours. His explanation was that it’s first come first serve. They don’t care about their customers at all. They only care about themselves. I will never visit this dealer again and will never recommend them for any sales or service. More
