My sales person needs more training. Has not resolved a small request we agreed to when I purchased my vehicle and refuse to follow up or call me. Orland VW Service Is Great I’ve owned a number of VWs, eventually switched to Audi’s and now I’m back to VW. I’ve had all of the serviced at the dealerships.
