I recently purchased a Tiguan from this location on 2-25-2020. Robert was my salesman which he did a good job but Matt sealed the deal and was excellent throughout the transaction. The only issues I have was the presentation of my vehicle and the process of finalizing the transaction. I already had my own financing and explained I would come back the next day with the check. It still took me 3 hours to sign papers and leave the dealership. In the 3 hours of waiting I assumed the dealership would transfer the plates onto my new car and clean the car inside and out. I saw customers look over their cars inside before driving off the lot but my car was sitting outside in the dark/cold. (It was about 9:30 after I finalized everything) Once home I was able to see there’s still plastic on the inside and outside of my car. The front windshield still had glue from the Window Sticker and my vehicle was not washed. I referred my father to this location to purchase a Tiguan the following day. His car also had plastic all over the vehicle and his vehicle wasn’t brought inside for him to inspect either. The Bay was empty in both instances, so I’m not sure why we did not receive White Glove service. I understand I can remove the plastic myself but when purchasing a vehicle you should be able to enjoy your purchase without having to removing plastic and cleaning windshields to fully enjoy your purchase. My favorite part of this transaction was asking about a referral bonus because my father purchased the next day. The business manager told me “this location doesn’t participant in referral bonus. We already took a loss on your transaction (I had negative equity on my previous car and they paid it off in full) so getting referrals and potentially taking another loss isn’t beneficial for us”. After that comment I was shocked and debating if this would be the dealer I would select with coming back for maintenance. I understand them paying off my car wasn’t beneficial for them but as a customer that’s not something I wanted to hear. I can’t say this would be the dealer I would recommend but I can say Matt was excellent and I’m happy with my Tiguan. More

I’m not sure of Hillary’s last name from the service department, but she was awesome. Has an excellent personality and was knowledgeable of the situation my was having due to her past GEneral Motor expe department, but she was awesome.
