I stupidly didn't read through the paperwork - not suspecting that anything would be different - and then got home to find the total was higher, and the monthly payments were $10 higher than what we had agreed upon. I waited 4 HOURS for the business manager after being with the sales consultant for 2 hours. I never received a final price until the very end. The part was partially replaced, and was not secured properly nor was it completed. Very disappointed with this dealership’s poor service, up selling, and taking advantage of my vulnerability in the clo properly nor was it completed.
