A year ago I had an oil change on my 2015 Tiguan at a Mercedes dealer in a pinch for a long trip. They did not install the correct plug, so i had a leak.. When I got to my destination, I visited the local VW dealership in Cool Springs Tn. They took my car in, the dealer jumped me in line, changed the drain plug, and topped off my fluids for free. 15 minutes. The peoples car is for me.. More
