My recent purchase at the VW dealer in Orland Park was the best car buying experience i ever had. I walked through the door and my saleswoman, Kamilah , was right on point. There was no pressure, i came in offered a 4.9 APR and walked out with a 0 APR, i came in looking at a 2011 CC Sport and walked out with a 2012 CC Fully Loaded thanks to the sales manager Sebastian. While we waited for them to get the paperwork together my saleswoman Kamila treated me to lunch. It made my car buying experience a little more personal because we got to conversate with eachother as apposed to being me being sold. I left out of the dealer truly satisfied, excited and fully informed about the vehicle i purchased. I will definitely make as many referrals as i possibly can. Kamila Labuda was real, cool, funny, and she worked her a#s off to get me the car i was most happy with. When i smiled, she smiled bigger....it was the first time i EVER bought a car and was so happy with my purchase and felt such a fondness and connection with a car dealer. Kamilah rocks!!!
