Best service department hands down. I purchased a brand new Beetle in December from this dealership . this is my second brand new bug from there and I have gone to the service department I purchased a brand new Beetle in December from this dealership . this is my second brand new bug from there and I have gone to the service department at this dealership since 2009 when I still had my used Beetle. Danny has been my go to guy on all three of my beetles for service. He is polite, efficient,honest and patient when explaining any and all work that needs to be done . He goes up and beyond with his customer service and he is the reason why I decided to purchase my vehicles at this dealership . More

From the moment I walk in for my appointment till the time I leave is nothing short of a very smooth transition. They always keep me updated as how my car is coming along. I am in my late 70's, and I am getting ready to take a 1300 plus mile trip by myself. I went into the service department, and was treated like family. The Service Manager, Mike Allen, heard me and asked a technician to make sure all fluids were checked, as well as the tire pressure, and topped it off with a compliment car wash. I have been driving VW's since the early 70's, and again, have never been treated that good. And it was all free to me. More

Don't take your car in for even a recall you won't like what Must read all of it to believe it. I came in for a recall on relay on heated seats malfunction and sunroof drains leaking into car. I usually worked on my own Volkswagens since I worked on them for over 20 years ,but since this was a freebie I thought what the heck. It was somewhere near the end of summer when the repair was done. The service manager came out and told me it was all fixed, Then he started to tell me how I needed a timing belt and since I was going to do that I might as well replace the water pump. I asked him how much this would cost he said somewhere in between 1200 to 1300 dollars. I told him that was funny I had just replaced all that a month ago. He stuttered for awhile. 2 weeks later it started to rain. Inside of the car started getting moist. About another month passed and we got a monsoon. The inside of the car had water all the way through it. I called them up they said somebody probably left a window open. I knew better, They said they had already fixed the recall. I pulled apart the door posts on both sides. They had actually disconnected the tubing that drains the water out of the car. 2 months pass its getting kind of cold. I think I'll turn on the seat heaters. They don't work. I called them they said to much time had gone by. I checked under the seats and all they did was disconnect the heaters. We had bought this car brand new. I have owned nothing but Volkswagens since the 1970's..I couldn't believe the ineptness of this service department. Never again. Beware anybody that goes here. More

"Service Dept are rockstars" I have never had such a great experience dealing with a Service Dept until I became a customer of thiers. Danny is the Service Dept has to be the most honest guys I have ever met dealing with cars. I know I can trust Danny with anything that he tells me I need or whats wrong with the car. I will never take my car anywhere but to VW of Ocala! If you have an issue with your VW go see Danny and he will treat you right. I cant say that about alot of Service Depts I have dealt with in the past. Plus the entire Dealership is awesome and everybody treats you like they have known you for years. Plain and simple got an issue or just regular maintenance go see my boys at VWof Ocala and Danny. More

I feel like the group of employees in the Service Department take great pride in their job and therefore are extremely good at it. For once in my life, getting the car in for maintenance produced no headache. More
