Volkswagen of Ocala - Service Center

I normally interact with Danny or Heather. They are both friendly and polite. My problem is not with the people at the service center, it is with the problems I have experienced with my Volksw They are both friendly and polite. My problem is not with the people at the service center, it is with the problems I have experienced with my Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. I have a 2020 and bought it in July 2020. I have had it in the service center 4 times in the last 1 1/2 years. 2 recalls, a problem with the steering and a problem with the air conditioner. I am losing faith with the quality of the Atlas. I love the style and size and looks of the vehicle, but am concerned about what problems I might encounter a few years down the road, when I have had this many issues in the 1st year and a half. The last time I was in I spoke with the service manager Michael and he went out of his way to fix a frustrating situation. He even had the car delivered to my home to save me another 45 minute drive each way the the dealer. I appreciate the staff, just not my experience so far with Volkswagen. More
