Welcome to Volkswagen of Ocala. We’ve been in the automotive business for more than a decade, and since our start back in 2010, we’ve learned that we love putting our customers first. Our commitment to providing the best customer service possible stems from our many sister stores in the Gettel Automotive Group that are spread across Florida. We carry the Gettel family name with pride because our roots have allowed us the resources of a big company and yet the freedom to create our own unique personality right here in Ocala, FL. You can be sure that no matter who walks through our doors, they’ll be treated with respect and care. We can’t wait to show off our dealership!

Always looking out for you and making sure the sales experience was smooth, fun, and they you understood everything that was going on. He was so humble, genuine, and we felt so at peace dealing with him. He was truly amazing. We live our Pacifica and would defensively do business with VW of Ocala any day! Carlos constantly kept in touch with us before, during and even after we got our car by texting us making sure we got home ok. I will be referring people to this dealer thanks to Carlos. More
