Service department is incompetent I've had five trips to the service department, including three for the same issue (which they caused). They are friendly and cheerful but the techn I've had five trips to the service department, including three for the same issue (which they caused). They are friendly and cheerful but the technicians clearly don't know what they are doing. Every visit was multiple days and usually multiple phone calls - and usually yielded no results. I would go to a different dealer for service. More
