Dissatisfied I purchased a 2018 VW Golf GTI from them in February under the pretense that it was a brand new vehicle, but later I find out from the DMV that I was I purchased a 2018 VW Golf GTI from them in February under the pretense that it was a brand new vehicle, but later I find out from the DMV that I was sold a used car. They never disclosed that it was used to me during the whole process. I tried to be understanding with the Tony, General Sales Manager, but he was disrespectful the whole time. They came to an agreement on the purchase price, and my husband gave them a deposit with a credit card. This is a vehicle that is in high demand! The next day when we arrived at the dealership we were greeted warmly. We test drove the vehicle and were satisfied that it was in the condition as stated on the website. We worked with Omar in the finance department and quickly moved through the process to complete our purchase as agreed upon the day before! Thank you!
