Oakland VW was great overall. Their resident specialist Sheena went over where I could claim my state rebate & printed out the DMV form for the carpool lane stickers. Im sure I could have figured it out but it was a nice personal touch to ensure I spent more time enjoying my car. More

Sheena saved me a trip & time by pulling up a 16 Civic they had & a new Jetta side by side so I can try n test both. Risky move considering the Civic could have been a better fit but I appreciated the customer service. I ended up leasing a Jetta & alls well that ends well. More
