Our sales person Sheena who we had an appointment with was not at the store when we arrived (we were 5 mins ear We were greeted promptly upon arrival. She had gone to gas up the vehicle for a test drive & that completely changed our mood. Everything went really well & we left with our Passat. Incredible leg room in the 2nd row of the Passat. Oakland VW was great overall. Their resident specialist Sheena went over where I could claim my state rebate & printed out the DMV form for the carpool lane stickers. Im sure I could have figured it out but it was a nice personal touch to ensure I spent more time enjoying my car. More

I wanted to ensure my carseat & son would fit comfortably considering the Jetta was a smallish car. My next stop was to check out a Civic. Sheena saved me a trip & time by pulling up a 16 Civic they had & a new Jetta side by side so I can try n test both. Risky move considering the Civic could have been a better fit but I appreciated the customer service. I ended up leasing a Jetta & alls well that ends well. More
