My initial (and subsequent) experience with the team at VW Oak Lawn made it such that while I didn't "want" to get a new car, the circumstances around needing to get one led me to only wanting to work with them. I am very pleased with my Taos but even more pleased with the entire experience. Bonus points...everyone at the dealership genuinely seemed happy to be there and enjoyed working together. More
