After picking up a new car from the dealer after a few days I noticed that the screws used to install the license plate were not tightened and the whole plate was moving sideways so I drove to the service days I noticed that the screws used to install the license plate were not tightened and the whole plate was moving sideways so I drove to the service to have it fixed, they fixed the fault in a few minutes however after arriving home it turned out that the my license plate was falling off again so I went back to the service and reported the problem after the supervising officer looked at the car it was determined that one of the staff used too big screws for installation and I was given a different date because it was Saturday and they didn't have anyone to fix it. After a few days we reported again to have the fault fixed, the license plate was installed correctly nothing is falling off however the screws that were used to fasten it leave much to be desired they are big and ugly and no car on their lot has them. The only consolation is that my license plate is not falling off after three visits to the service however, the mechanic advices me that if anyone ever unscrews these screws, they should be careful not to tighten them too much, which indicates that the fault has been corrected but not repaired. More
