The waiting time required for my repair to be completed was acknowledged by providing me with a loaner. The loaner helped me avoid disruption to my real estate work. Service did exactly what was needed and required for my vehicle 30k service at 15k, not many miles per year but it was the 3 year time to have done. Only a couple of problems first no hinges or hood releas vehicle 30k service at 15k, not many miles per year but it was the 3 year time to have done. Only a couple of problems first no hinges or hood release latches were lubed and there were greasy hand prints on my vehicle from doors to fenders and hood, could pay more attention to detail or better training. Maybe even hire a retired mechanic like me to road test and make sure these little things are not overlooked, when delivered back to the customer. Thanks More
