Once we revealed we had our own financing they tried to up the price by almost $2000 since they wouldn't be getting any "kickback" from the finance company. Terrible way to do business, the manager was a real dick as well and told us to go buy the car down the street on our way out the door. We were trying to be flexible and were willing to go up on the price even though we had agreed on a lower one, but obviously not $2000 more. We don't live close so it took an hour to get there and we had to get a babysitter for our little ones as well. More

Worked with the sales team and had a great experience driving and finding a car with my sales consultant. After finding the car that I liked, a VW GOLF I went to financing and it all hit the fan. I have excellent credit EXCELLENT. Met with two guys who I will not name here so hopefully they don't delete this post but his name starts with P and he is a D. To fast forward, I bought a used Golf GTI at another dealership and got 2.7 APR through VW financing (because I chose the longer term, 1.9 if I would have went shorter). These two Ds, tried to low ball me on the price of my trade-in severely and also tried to tell me that they could only go through banks for financing. Forgot to mention that I got 3k more for my trade in at the other VW dealership. Not once did they tell me about VW financing! They offered me 5.7% or something insane for a new car. These guys are sly. Watch out. I would hate for this to happen to others, they must have thought my wife and I were stupid. I walked out of there feeling terrible and just wasted my Saturday. O and... I had asked for them to wait to run my credit, and when I went into D number two's office, he had already done so. Hopefully you read this review and dont have the same experience as me and my wife. More
