Don't waist your time or have your credit ran unnecessarily. I came to the dealership with a pre-approval from Capital One to look at one specific vehicle. I was greeted warmly and was very inter unnecessarily. I came to the dealership with a pre-approval from Capital One to look at one specific vehicle. I was greeted warmly and was very interested in the vehicle the gave me a price and I agreed to it since it was close to closing we agreed that I would come back Monday to finish off the paperwork instead what happened they RAN my wife's and my credited a total of 10 TIMES which they on said they would run it once! Although I was pre-approved through Capital One. I called before I went there and David told me that the manager was off and that he would be off on Tuesday I told him if I could come in Wednesday and he said thursday would be better. I called Thursday in the morning David assured me that the inspection was done and everything was ready to go. And I want a half later as you can see in a text messages they "sold" the vehicle to someone. I spoke to a sales manager Dan and he assured me that he would correct the situation and call me back it's been over a week and I have not received a call. Don't waist your time. As you can see on the screenshot I have left several reviews and several businesses and always giving my honest opinion. So as per my opinion this is a bad business the conducts bad business practices. More
