Josh gave me a call following my email with a very straight forward quote that beat all of the others. I drove out later that day. Dave greeted me at the door; we selected a vehicle and took a test drive. Rocco helped me with my trade-in. He worked with me to make sure that I got the value I needed for it. Moe in finance confirmed all of the numbers with me and finalized the deal; no last minute “nibbles” or "bait and switch" tactics. I will continue to do business with these guys because they were honest about what they could do, what they couldn’t, and why. Everything was open book and it felt like we were on the same team trying to work the deal.
