I've been going to this dealership for 7 years. I have never had a bad experience, and it actually seems to be getting better! Everyone from Lonnie, the lady that works at the desk, to all of the other w never had a bad experience, and it actually seems to be getting better! At Haggerty Volkswagen, we were helped by Arshan and he started by asking our wishlist and brought us a car, which we immediately test drove and loved. He then went through great efforts to make sure that we could get a good deal and get financed! Also he helped us a lot with making decissions about car insurance, which saved us a lot of money. Most car buying experiences were uncomfortable and unpleasant, but this one was great! More

Everyone at the dealership was friendly and they worked with me until I was comfortable with the price of my car. Not only that, but the staff stayed after the dealership closed to send me home with my new car that night ! Moe Zayyad was the original salesman who helped me and he was wonderful!
