Two years ago we went in after having a bad experience at Mancari's Dodge, well, we purchased three Jetta's (two 2011's and one 2008) it was a great experience and a decent deal. Fast forward to last night, Mancari's Dodge, well, we purchased three Jetta's (two 2011's and one 2008) it was a great experience and a decent deal. Fast forward to last night, we went in for some service on our 2011 Jetta, while waiting, Arshan got us a good deal on a 2013, our payment went down and we put out NO money, it was all a good experience. Rocco remembered us and as always, was quite nice. We have purchased 5 cars from Haggerty now, at two dealerships (GMC-Buick down the street and 4 at the VW dealer) it has always been great dealing with friendly employees and the finance guy was VERY friendly, approachable and informative. I had a great experience at Mike Haggerty. I went in to look at a Jetta and was able to drive off with a new 2013 Jetta. Mod Zayyad took me for a test drive and Moe Atef made the deal with the help of Rocc look at a Jetta and was able to drive off with a new 2013 Jetta. Anshan is great at what he does. He doesn't guess what you want he asks questions. He's doing more though, he's selling. I went in for an automatic 2010 passat for around 20k and came out with a 2012 Passat, manual, slightly over 23k. Don't get me wrong as he was fine with me saying no, he (after all the questions) ended up getting me the best deal for me. Of course he managed to move a 2012 off their lot so he's working hard for the Haggertys but I'm over the moon with the car. In my book we both won today which is how To make a good deal. More
