I dealt with Aj. He text me all week long to come full out the paper work on my car. I bought insurance on the vehicle the night before only to get that morning to tell me the car was sold. He then rushed me into another make and model that I wasn't even interested in. I accepted. I told him I would be in on my lunch break to pick it up. He then called my phone 6 times during my 5 minute drive telling me to hurry up only for me to get there for him and the rest of the team to laugh at me and tell me it was just sold. He then lied to me and told me he couldn't get me financed fit the same dollar amount on other similar vehicles. The experience was a nightmare they have no ethics or integrity. More

I had the best car buying experience EVER at Mike Haggerty Volkswagen! First of all, I was in the market for a car but I didn't want to rush into buying any thing. I had NO clue which vehicle I wou Haggerty Volkswagen! First of all, I was in the market for a car but I didn't want to rush into buying any thing. I had NO clue which vehicle I would pursue. After seeing a Passat on the road, I put Volkswagen on my list of dealerships to check out. Seeing that it was rated a mid size car, I was afraid that it would not give me the leg room that I had grown accustomed to in my SUV. When I pulled up to the dealership, Charles met me with a smile and offered to help. I told him I wanted to take a look at a 2013 Passat and check out the leg room. We went over to the vehicle and before I even tried to get it, I moved the seat back. It kept going and going and going and to my amazement, once I got in, I had to move the seat back up! The interior and dash was impressive and I looked behind me (standing a 5'9") and there was still plenty of room! Now, I am ready to test drive. Initially, I drove the SE model. The feel was okay and I just figured I had to adjust to it. After test driving the vehicle, I needed to go home and get the vehicle that I potentially wanted to trade and my 6'5" brother to really put the car to the test. Now, the two of us are in amazement because not only did he not look or feel cramped in the vehicle, my salesman, Charles, happily sat in the back seat BEHIND him and he was not cramped either! When I retuned I had requested to test drive a 2014 Passat. The car I test drove was the TSI SEL...which has a 1.8 turbocharger engine. IMMEDIATELY, I felt the different from the SE and was in love!! We went back to the office to wrap up the paperwork. Little did I know that I was yet in store for the biggest treat of the day, Moe Atef, the finance director. OMG...he IS incredible!! I think I fell in love one more time! This guy was pleasant, witty, professional and sooo hassle free. Even if he was running a number on me with the numbers, I didn't feel it! We finished up the deal over an hour after closing and neither Charles or Moe seemed inconvenienced at all. I am excited about my Volkswagen journey...you should explore this option too. This was a fantastic experience. Arshan was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He went to the highest level of customer service when explaining the features of the Passat I eventually purchased. professional, and knowledgeable. When I noticed and mentioned the Blue Tooth feature, I was very pleased when he volunteered to set it up and explain how to use it, letting me take my time. I felt comfortable and not pressured during the entire process, even when negotiating a price. The finance director, Moe, was also great. He was friendly and made sure all of our questions were answered while not rushing through the process. Arshan made sure I did not leave having any more questions about the car I just purchased, and he told me to call him if I did. He also made sure I had a full tank of gasoline!! (not all dealerships do that). This dealership differs from those who have pushy employees who try to pressure you into buying something. I am comfortable recommending Mike Haggerty Volkswagen, Arshan and Moe, to friends and people I know. Thank you both for your high level of customer service!! More

I come from a family that for years did business at one dealer, and it came time that I really needed a new vehicle (well new to me I should say). At the moment I can't afford a large car note and I just need something that would be reliable, get me back and for, and didn't looking like a rusty clunker. This in mind the usual family dealer didn't have anything in my price range so I went down western other dealer. I spent over an hour talking to their internet sales team about one suv that was in price range and fit perfect with what I required and set a test drive. I get there about 10 - 15 minutes later only have a sales rep approach me and my mom as if we rudely woke him up from a nap and tell us "oh we sold that at like 10 this morning." He then should me 4 or 5 vehicles that had more rust and holes then car. I guess he thought that I didn't look at the company website because he then told me the only other cars he had on started at way out of my range. This all being said, I went home and did some more online shopping. I found a 4 completely different vehicles here at Mike Haggerty's and decided to go have a look. First off Arshan held the door open for my mother who was walking with a cane and holding my niece. He told her she can have a seat and take me to look at the vehicles and he would then pull the ones I like closer to the door so that she wouldn't have to walk far. Again, I can't take on a large car note right now, but he went through explained every detail to me, and did everything to help me stay with in the budget that I had. Thanks, to him I felt welcome, I want to go back, and I got an even better deal on a better car than what I was looking for. Thank you again for all you help More
