Capable, friendly and knowledgeable, service. Enjoyed my stay. I was somewhat shocked at the cost when I learned the car is only worth a little over $2000. Enjoyed my stay. I was somewhat shocked at the cost when I learned the car is only worth a little over $2000. More

Left 2 live messages and one voicemail and never received a call back. Was told if we paid for a system check, and had items repaired cost of system check would go towards repairs. Told we needed a CD ROM to a call back. Was told if we paid for a system check, and had items repaired cost of system check would go towards repairs. Told we needed a CD ROM to repair issues with the Infomation display, price on invoice was $43.00. Then days later I received an email stating parts were order by me, the CD ROM, and price was listed as $163.00. I phoned twice and spoke to workers, who could not help but said they would let our assigned person know and we would receive call back. Also left a voice message regarding all of this with our assigned person and 2 weeks later NOBODY has called us. The Original appointment was a Problem, and we were apologized to and told we were assigned New person and still Poor Service. Very disappointed. We have heard from Numerous owners of our same vehicle with the Same problems with malfunctioning infomation display problems. Shouldn’t a CD ROM update be of no charge, as is the case with our Lexus and previously owned cars More
