My advisor was Joseph who provided me an outstanding service, sadly the weren’t able to fix the car, but the way that the services manager Jason treated me was awful, after they couldn’t repair the car service, sadly the weren’t able to fix the car, but the way that the services manager Jason treated me was awful, after they couldn’t repair the car he told me that the car was completely safe to drive which it wasn’t because the adaptive cruise control suddenly starts failing and when this happened the car lose the capability to brake when it’s required, so the car wasn’t safe but Jason (manager) keep saying that is safe, he was very sarcastic and he said that if i know that is not working and try to use it is on me if i get an accident, but they have to fix the features of the car that the dealer used to convinced me to buy it More

I picked my car up on a Saturday and rec recently took my Passat to Volks of North Tampa for a repair - the replacement of the front sensor assembly. I picked my car up on a Saturday and received a dashboard alert regarding the sensor the next day. I texted the problem to what I thought was the general service number, but "my" service tech responded almost immediately, He arranged for me to drop my car off first thing the next morning. In less than an hour, the new problem was resolved. More
