They have short staff, I dropped my car at 9: am and I got the diagnostic around 3:30 pm after I bothered them with my phone calls to see what is going on. It took a significant amount of time to even receive my car for a light bulb change and strut mount repair. The advisor failed to mention the labor cost on the light bulb change which is the most expensive car for a light bulb change and strut mount repair. The advisor failed to mention the labor cost on the light bulb change which is the most expensive I’ve ever paid especially after not checking to see if I had a faulty bulb when they did the change on my ballast for my light. To say I had sticker shock was an understatement. I’m honestly unhappy about most of how the whole ordeal was handled. More
