Had vehicle in for an oil change. Next day oil light came on. Oil leaked out b/c plug was loose. Service mgr said I could have it towed back to dealer or tighten plug myself and put Next day oil light came on. Oil leaked out b/c plug was loose. Service mgr said I could have it towed back to dealer or tighten plug myself and put more oil in then be reimbursed for purchasing oil. Opted for visa gift card to reimburse instead of shop credit, as I will never go there again. As I was waiting for my vehicle one of their employees crashed a customer’s car while taking into the garage. I’ve seen more than enough to know to stay away from this dealership. Two weeks later still waiting to be reimbursed. More

I wanted to give 3 stars, however I was not pleased with 3 things. I made an appointment in a day at a certain time. I called to inquire about my vehicle two days, after looking online to see the progress. 3 things. I made an appointment in a day at a certain time. I called to inquire about my vehicle two days, after looking online to see the progress. Finally 3 days without my car, the work is complete. I thought the purpose of making an appointment was so the wait is not as long. When I picked my vehicle up. There was an odor so strong inside my car. My radio presets were changed. The driver seat was adjusted in a position as if someone was laid back listening to the radio. Lastly I felt the cost was steep. Replacing a battery and a secondary hose cost me $1,068. In which $466.78 was labor and $53.67 was shop supplies/disposal and $81.88 was listed as battery concern and having to replace it. I thought that was part of the labor charge. So in reality the labor was $548.66. I did however appreciate the courtesy ride from work to pick my vehicle up. More
