Service time took longer than originally estimated (by more than an hour). Service I thought I was receiving as part of scheduled was removed. Overheard service rep express disappointment to a maintenance tech that additional issues were not found on someone else’s vehicle. Obviously commission is in play here, which makes me suspicious of recommendations for my own vehicle. More
I had an appointment for last Friday. After dropping my car off, I waited 4 hours for any feedback before calling, just to find out that they would not even be able to look at my car unti After dropping my car off, I waited 4 hours for any feedback before calling, just to find out that they would not even be able to look at my car until Saturday. On top of that, they had no shuttles so I could pick up a loaner vehicle. All day Saturday passed without any calls. I called on Monday and found, after receiving a text that the repairs could be done that day, the replacement parts were not going to be in stock until Thursday or Friday. The situation improved a bit, when they got the parts in and completed the repairs on Wednesday. I'm sure the work is fine, but the customer service and communication was poor at best. I don't normally write ratings, but I feel as though the customer service was much better when the dealership was owned by Reeves. Hopefully, things will improve at my next service appointment. More

I dropped my car off at 8:30am and waited for 15 minutes for anyone to help me. My care was there all day. I assumed that from 8:30am to 4pm, an oil change could occur. I still had no word on the status around 3pm so I called and was sent to voicemail. I received a text saying just that the oil change had not occurred and that I could get a call when it was complete. At 6pm, I had no update and had to send a family member to pick up my car. I finally got on the phone with Luis, 9.5 hours since I left my car there, only to be told literally NOTHING had been done to it. HOW?! He said it was because you guys are down a technician. THEN TELL ME! Why was I carless all day? I've made another appointment for an oil change, mostly/only because I was told it would be free. Otherwise I would never give you my service or car business again. More
