if I could give zero stars I would. When I tried to get into a lease which was one of the options the GM advised of, they then acted as if there were no vehicles available. My sales persons Michael and Fadi as well as the GM himself have not answered phone calls, text, messages left with people. They have my vehicle since Saturday February 16th. They told me they would Transport it, Yet had Fadi drive it back at high speeds over 75 miles. just to tell me that it wasn't fixed and he had to drive it back to Tampa which on both trips he was speeding in my vehicle that has bad shaking issues that were never disclosed to me. since the vehicle was was brought back I have heard nothing from VW in regards to my vehicle or getting into a lease or my contracts being canceled. This place is a NIGHTMARE to say the least. I have barely been able to eat concentrate and do normal day to day things since realizing that my 19k vehicle which should have been a little over 23k after the outrageous added taxes and fees and vw advantage and my 2k deposit is now reflecting as a 32k finance loan in the bank that financed me STAY AWAY RUN. More

Mandi was excellent from the time that I brought my truck in to the time that I picked it up. She has superb communication and was very understanding. Superb visit. Was quickly welcomed upon arrival and escorted to my service advisor's desk. Mandy was quick to prepare t he service order and check for any serv Was quickly welcomed upon arrival and escorted to my service advisor's desk. As I chose to wait for service I was informed it would take about an hour and a half which was reasonable. About an hour later I received a courtesy video of the vehicle being inspected and the oil change being completed. Work was completed on time and Mandy also arranged to have the key fob batteries replaced, nice touch. Very pleased with the experience and looking forward to our other vehicle's service appointment next month. More
