My service advisor Dustin was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My visit was frustrating;however, because after pulling off the lot my tire light came on and I have continued to experi excellent customer service. I was told I had a oil leak from pan and top of motor, when I asked why I had no drops at all in my Driveway they advised me that Volkswagen has a drip tray. That is my problem. Never heard of it or why when I asked why I had no drops at all in my Driveway they advised me that Volkswagen has a drip tray. That is my problem. Never heard of it or why it would be there if there was one. Wouldn't you want the owner know there is a leak. I wasn't going to leave any feedback after over 1600 in repairs but you insisted on calling and asking why I didn't leave feedback and when I told you , you hung up on me. So sad More

They need to understand the customer better - look up the history of our service, know when we purchase vehicle and what coverages we purchased from the dealer. Now you can speak to my or any other customer history of our service, know when we purchase vehicle and what coverages we purchased from the dealer. Now you can speak to my or any other customer with knowledge. Add more detail on the invoice to specifically outline the problem, where found and the resolution. Listen to the customer and open a service ticket when we call in and offer more loaners or hire a rental when an emergency repair occurs. More
