Definitely the worst experience I've had anywhere, went for an oil change the website site $69 and I was asked to pay $130 when I met the associate. When I told him the price I got online on his website wh for an oil change the website site $69 and I was asked to pay $130 when I met the associate. When I told him the price I got online on his website while booking the same appointment we are talking Abt at this moment he confirmed that it's not correct there must be a coupon so I pulled the link and made a new appointment and here we go I WAS RIGHT. He cont to say even so after tax and fees the $69 will be a $100 and at this point I figured out it's a rip-off but after driving all the way there i had just to get it done. Not sure why a dealership would over charge on an oil change that is priced online but I don't think I will be ever going there. More

The customer service at VW on North Tampa has gotten considerably worse since they took over from Reeves. I used to love this place before now I dread taking my car there You can never reach a service a considerably worse since they took over from Reeves. I used to love this place before now I dread taking my car there You can never reach a service advisor directly, no one ever calls back and they literally will give you back a dirty car even though you did not give it to them dirty. My husband on TWO separate occasions had to go back because they left all the dirt and trimmings from replacing a part all over the car and did not even bother to vacuum. They also ruined the trimming on the interior of my new car because someone decided it was OK to step on it with their work boots. I mean. the level of unprofessionalism is unreal at this place. I used to come here from out of town to maintain my car but after this last experience, I do not see myself going back after they fix the part they ruined. The only positive is that they actually fixed what was wrong with the car. More
I was impressed with the staff’s kindness, politeness, and professionalism. Additionally the customer service area was very clean and well organized. While waiting, I witnessed him deal with the associated stress in a very commendable manner. James, the mechanic who worked on my car, spoke with about his work and took the time to explain everything. It is VERY APPARENT James knows what he is doing and enjoys his job. What Michelangelo could do with a paintbrush or chisel, James can do with a wrench. He is that good. Period. The dealership is blessed to have Dustin and James working there. Both greatly enhance the North Tampa VW experience. More
