Dustin is always very helpful, greets me by name, friendly and honest. I also really appreciate Tristan as the mechanic - he takes the time to explain everything to me and has suggestions as to prope friendly and honest. There is a very positive and upbeat energy in the service department that I did not feel for a while ... whatever changes you have been making, they have been very positive changes. There was a Service Advisor - he was a taller guy, kind of bald, and had glasses - nothing against him personally, but I did not like having my car checked in with him. He just did not have an upbeat personality. I have not seen him the past couple of visits. I prefer to go to Dustin. More
