My appointmentAt Volkswagen in Tampa, I was scheduled for 9am. They only saw me after 10am, they said it would be 45 minutes. But they only returned the car to me at 12:35pm and it was dirty. It's absurd, it's irresponsible with customers. Your customer service is terrible!!!!!! More

Wonderful experience with kind, professional, and pleasant staff all around. The service desk is very professional and personable. I thought they'd give me a hard time about a situation that I felt I was going to have to "prove", but they simply took my word for it which is just I thought they'd give me a hard time about a situation that I felt I was going to have to "prove", but they simply took my word for it which is just good customer service. I would like to see a "business center" of some sort (even just a few desks). The 1 desk is always occupied when I go. Each time I come here, I have to "hunch over" on the small table to work. More
