I’ve went to Brandon VW for my first service and it was horrible. When I came to VW of North Tampa it was a totally different. It was such a pleasant experience. They had my loaner vehicle ready. I can’t say enough good things about how Kevin Emerson and Tristan went out of their ways to fix an ongoing problem we have had on our vehicle.
