Had an appt for 7:15am for a 20,000 mile service. It seemed to be an inconvenience to the two people working that my advisor does not come in until 9 am. I rescheduled this appt to an earlier date but when I was called to schedule service I was given the a 7am appt time. I have always had early appt times as this is my families 4th VW car from this dealership but customer service has gone down hill since Morgan Auto has taken over. I waited over 2 hours for a basic 20,000 mile service and had to approach the service advisor playing with her nails to ask the status of my car. She was so rude from the moment she checked me in for my appt. More
