Excellent experience for two repairs on my 21 Atlas AC and SOS module. Thw dealership provided me with a loaner throughout the length of the repar which was very much appreciated. Prices are too high in today’s economy. People don’t have that kind of money specially, the people on Social security it’s hard enough to pay for everything else. Went in there due to not being able to enroll new vehicle with the app and they have yet to fix the problem. Since we have gotten the car a month and a half ago, we have been calling and messaging in order f with the app and they have yet to fix the problem. Since we have gotten the car a month and a half ago, we have been calling and messaging in order for them to fix it and they still have not. Went there to get it fixed and they set us up with an appointment. Went to the appointment and after two hours they said to wait another 24 hours and it should be turned on. It has been several days now and the app still does not work. The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Been to several dealership, Tesla, Mercedes, bmw, Honda, etc and never had an experience where they were not able to fix or even give the courtesy to call back with a solution or help. More
